Cookin

Just thought I'd post a few pics. We had an open Saturday morning this past weekend so we decided to try our hand at making pierogies. Here are some pics from our effort. They are fairly easy to make - just like raviolis except potatoes and onion inside. Good stuff!!

And here is the finished product - boiled, then fried with
onions in a little bit of butter...yum.
And finally our other small project - an attempt
at growing basil. We have 8 plants started. Here
you can see four, and we have one more pot
that is gowing 4 more. Very exciting.
